My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charming is a small, adorable puppy recently arrived to Rhode Island after having been pulled from a high intake facility in Houston. He is as cute as a button, extremely extroverted and full of life. He has a true terrier personality.....very sweet, but full of vim and vigor. His housebreaking needs work, he is very mouthy, has no attention span, and is overall an adorable little handful filled with energy, so will do best with those with some experience. A sense of humor wouldn't hurt either, lol He's also cuddly, very bright and very charming, hence the name. A very fun little guy ready for his life's adventure!
