Liberty was found out in the cold with another pup in WV. She has been trough the ringer but the love and care she received in her foster home has helped this sweet girl come such a long way. Liberty is believed to be a chow mix as her tongue is spotted. Liberty currently lives in a foster home with children and other dogs.
