My name is CHEWY. Before you read further, Rorescue has decided on one particular agreement from the adopter. I need to be groomed at Jackie's K9 Korral on 22nd street in Tucson. AZ. It seems that I REALLY do not like a clipper or scissors near my face.
MORE: I am a 2 year old, 12 lb , tan/blk/white Shihtzu. I was left behind when my owner moved out. If you think that you would to like have me to live with you, I am taking applications. Adoption fee $200. Please contact rorescue.tucson@gmail.com
MY PERSONALITY: I like to gentle massages and playing with other dogs. I do OK walking on a leash and I come when called. I am also learning that going potty outside is what the humans want me to do, so I try to remember to do that, but sometimes I forget. Going to the groomer is not my "cup of tea"
CHEWY'S WANTS AND WISHES: I would like to go to doggie school because I am very smart.
Please note: RoRescue will adopt their dogs as indoor pets ONLY. Frequent supervised potty breaks outside are suggested.
All RoRescue dogs are altered, up-to-date on shots and micro-chipped. Full blood tests are NOT done, unless suggested by our veterinarian. Please speak to your veterinarian regarding this issue. We do preliminary training with each dog but rarely guarantee perfect potty skills. They also are in foster homes with other rescued dogs..and.... rescued cats
RoRescue is a volunteer organization. All their volunteers hold full time jobs so please be patient when waiting for an email response. We do not adopt or ship to out of area adopters. All adopters must have a meet and greet, prior to adoption approval. If you are interested in this dog, we require a completed application to proceed.
