Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello there! My name is Wesson but you can call me Wessy, or as I like to think of myself, Wessy the Wiseman (or Wisepup). I've been around the block a time or two; I'm a senior boy of seven or eight or nine (who's counting?). I was living in Michigan and then I was given to a relative to be cared for. It was supposed to be short term but things didn't work out and the relative already had more dogs and expense then they could handle. So here I am, a red-haired distinguished gentleman looking to find a new home. It's not what I hoped for in my golden years but perhaps things will work out for the best. I've heard some good things about AGB finding Goldens pups the perfect match so paws crossed. I weigh about 62 pounds and am neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. I'm great with others dogs, cats, love kids and I know "sit" and "stay". I love car rides. I'm quiet and friendly and I've got the kind of face that just grows on you. I love to cuddle and sleep with my person. Overall, I'm just a great old boy looking for a nice friendly home with a bed and some good food and somebody to love. I'm a little afraid of thunder and fireworks but I'm sure somebody could help me with that. I got a few lumps and bumps that older fellows get and AGB is checking those out with the vet. It sure would be great to be home for Christmas. Why don't you come meet me and I could be the wise man under your Christmas tree?
