AVAILABLE IN THE NEW ENGLAND REGIONS…Teddy!
Hey New England!! This is your shot at getting a Lucky Lab Veteran! Poor Teddy was adopted from Lucky Lab several years ago. Sadly, his owner passed away in November and now, he has found his way back to us. Teddy is 8-9 years old and such a ball of love. He has so much love to give that he sometimes forgets to be as active as he should. Yes, Teddy is overweight and actually stands to lose 15-20 pounds (don’t we all). Teddy is currently 95 pounds. The good news is that he does walk well on a leash and he enjoys the dog park, too! Once given a proper diet and exercise routine, Teddy will have no problem dropping the extra padding he is carrying around his waist. Teddy has very low energy levels and will make someone who is looking for a couch potato, or leisurely walking buddy a great pet! He is fully housebroken and great with other dogs, and all people! He is very good with the six year old child in his foster home! He is a good boy who knows basic commands and will do just about anything for a belly rub! Naturally, we can’t say he is absolutely perfect. Teddy does counter surf so you won’t be able to leave cookies near the edge. He also tries to escape the front door when visitors come over but this is an easy fix! One final “flaw” is that Teddy sometimes resource guards antlers and bones...you know, the finer things in life. All of Teddy’s “flaws” are very fixable with training and patience. He may not be 100% perfect but he just might be perfect for YOU!
