Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK? I need a house with a fenced-in yard so I can run and play safely! OK?
Wanna know more about me? OK, here goes! I am a Shih Tzu. I am 2 years old. I weigh 16 pounds. I have had all of my shots and have been neutered. The rescue wants adult homes with no children, only because little kids might squeeze me since I'm a cutie patootie. Older kids, like 12 and up, would be quite OK. I am doggie-door and house-trained. Those funny-looking creatures, named humans, I think they are called, told me that they think that I am pretty darn cute. What do YOU think, huh?
I am a nice boy. I love all humans and I get along with other dogs very well. I would LOVE to be in a home with another doggie to play with. I am friendly and I LOVE to be loved on. I like to go for walks and play with toys in the house and out in the yard too.
Oh, how I would love to have my own home and some peeps to cuddle with and they could love me and take good care of me. That is my first dream! My second dream is all about treats and playing and romping with my new family. Ah, I can see it all now!
