Meet Pietro: This sweet little 12lbs bundle of cuddles was found stray, scared and cold, and he has blossomed into a friendly, playful little dog who LOVES toys. Pietro is a Corgi/Chihuahua mix, about 2.5 years old and fully grown, we think and he likes to bury under fluffy blankets. He also loves to play with toys and will empty the toy basket to find the right toy to fit his mood. Pietro walks well on leash and is learning house training and is mostly there, he is quite smart and learns quickly so with a little patience, supervision and consistency he will learn the routine quickly. He gets along well with other dogs, prefers dogs his own size to bigger ones, but is fine around polite larger dog and ignores the cat..

Pietro is looking for a home with another similarly sized dog of matching temperament, a family with or without kids but the time and patience he needs to finish mastering his house training while providing the playtime and snuggles he so very much wants.
