My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gus is an adorable Yorkie/Chinese Crested cross puppy who is around 5 months old. Gus is partially hairless, only his head, feet, and tail have hair, and we are looking for an adopter who has experience with caring for hairless pets. Gus is sweet as pie and loves everyone he meets. He has been with the rescue from 8 weeks of age and we have been working with him to gain weight and fix his skin. When Gus arrived he was underweight and full of blackheads. Although we have been diligently bathing and treating his skin for these issues it will be an on going process.

Gus is wonderful with dogs, cats, and children too. He knows all of the basic commands including sit and come here. Gus is also house and crate trained. He walks nicely at your side on a leash and will not run away from his owner if the opportunity arises. Gus will require daily brushing of his hair and medicated bathing once per week. We are also wiping him down daily with medicated wipes to help clear up his skin. Gus is up to date on vaccines, neutered, flea/tick/worm treated, and microchipped.
