My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This cute scruffy is Trix, a 4-month old terrier/schnauzer mix puppy. She has had a rough start in life but now, she is ready to take on the world. Her and her siblings were found living under an abandoned house and were lucky enough to be brought to a local animal control. She can still be a little shy sometimes because everything is new to her but once she learns that you won’t hurt her, her playful side comes out. She loves to run and play as much as she can so a fenced yard or someone who walks a lot would be perfect for her. She needs someone who is patient and can show her all that is good in the world. She is a tough little girl that has survived the worst and is now ready for the life she deserves. If you think you have the heart and home for her, send us an email soon!
**All Compassion in Action dogs must be adopted by families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside—especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a “tie-out” or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced yard.

**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are in foster care in middle Tennessee and will be transported to our drop off sites after their adoption.
