Here's what the humans have to say about me:

“Willow”, was found starving dumped as a 3-month-old pup. ( She has either a natural docked tail or was previously docked) She has never looked back and has a magnetic personality. She loves all other dogs and people. In her foster home she has been crate trained and leash walks well. She is being fostered in Tennessee but Transport (Hearts Rescue Transport), can be scheduled for her and bring her to one of their destinations in the DC and NY area as well as the New England states.
