So, when you think of a bulldog, you imagine a big smooshy face, a butt that wiggles every time you’re near, and a companion that thinks they are a lap dog even if they are a little oversize!
Well look no further for here I am! My name is Cali, and to paraphrase the old blues song, I am 61 pounds of heavenly joy! Okay, so I need to lose a little weight, but that won’t be any problem as I love to romp and play, and have no trouble with stairs! In fact, for a young lady (we think 2-3 years old) of my size I am very mobile, but I also love to snuggle!
In case you haven’t followed my story so far, I was given up by my owner along with my brother Benji. Unfortunately Benji had some serious health issues and did not survive, but CEBR and my foster family have been taking good care of me! As soon as I get spayed and they make sure I’m completely healthy, I will be ready for adoption.
As for my personality, I am potty trained, get along with other dogs for the most part, and would probably be better with older children (I tend to lunge when I want to give kisses, and I really don’t mean to scare you). I will sleep well in or out of a crate, will go outside on a leash, and would probably like short walks to start with.
Otherwise, I am just one big, lovable, bully girl looking for a loving, happy, forever home!
