My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cute little Cocoa was a stray picked up by animal control. He weighs approximately 7 lbs, and is about one year old. When his owner didn't show up to redeem him from the shelter, Dusty Paws Rescue stepped in to take him into foster care.

Cocoa gets along with other dogs and with cats and loves his squeaky toys. In his foster home he has learned stay, leave it, sit, and come, and he is house trained using a doggie door. He enjoys going for walks, but can be reactive if there is a commotion going on around him while on a walk.

Cocoa is extremely sweet and sociable, with a constantly wagging tail. He will make a great little companion, sitting on the couch with you and snuggling on your lap.

Cocoa is neutered, chipped, and vaccinated. He has a sponsor who will pay for six weeks of puppy training upon completion of adoption
