North Philadelphia (Temple Cats). Hello my name is Chloe! I showed up in a managed cat colony this fall. I was always chatting it up with the people who were taking care of me outside. One day I cam down with a bad kitty cold and went missing. When I was found I needed to see the vet and go into foster care to get better. My caretaker decided that it might be better for me to live in an indoor home. I am an excellent companion and would love to be your new shadow. I love to talk and will tell you all about my day and how I am feeling!
