Compared to her goofball sister Mystic, sweet Danbury is a bit of a complex thinker. She is super smart and analytical yet knows how to "get her kitten on" for a good round of play. We also think she is tough as nails considering all that she has been through in her short 6-month life. She was born outside where she and her sister were found with terrible eye infections. Unfortunately, she was returned to outdoor life before she was recovered, only to be trapped and rescued again when she was a little older. Because she went to long without the right care, she recently had her left eye removed because it was destroyed by the infection. However, she has made a wonderful recovery and seems to have no vision issues with her healthy right eye. Nothing will slow this little girl down.

While Danbury has a sweet soul, she still is a bit shy from all that she has been through. She likes to hang out with you and will always let you break out a string toy. She is just very cautious if you try to hold her. But when you do, she quickly melts in your arms--especially when you throw in a good belly rub! She would love to be adopted with her sister Mystic, but she would also be ok on her own. She just needs someone willing to keep working with her to build her confidence and show her that humans are soo amazing. We know there's a confident, loving girl in there and with the right home she will thrive.
