Scoot has been rescued and is ready for adoption! This little guy was after dumped in Houston - a tiny dog all alone in a big city and he was found while being chased by big dogs. :( He's on his way to a great life now, perhaps you will be the next chapter in his story? Little Scoot is a 1yr old long haired chihuahua. He weighs in at just 6 pounds! <3
