My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penny is 9 1/2 years old and we have had her for 8 years. She has Jack Russell energy and spunk but is also calm and loves nothing more than sitting on your lap. She is not a barker and she loves to play. We have had some life changes and are hardly home and feel it is unfair for Penny to be left alone all the time. She needs attention. If you are looking for a dog who wants to follow you around and sit on your lap and sleep in your bed, Penny would be perfect for you! The only time she acts ‘tough’ is when she’s on a leash around a big dog. She’s about 11 pounds. She has never bitten anyone that I know of. She’s really a sweet natured dog.
