Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Holly was found on the streets of Detroit, but no one came forward to claim her. Their loss! She is a very sweet, calm little lady. She is living in a boarding facility in Clinton Twp, but she deserves a family of her very own.
Holly is very well-behaved and even knows some tricks! She walks nicely on leash and loves to go for car rides, especially to the senior center. When Holly visits the seniors, she has no problem being around their wheelchairs and walkers. She’s a very special girl. Recently, when one of her two-legged friends was injured and had to use a wheelchair, Holly went to school with him and even got to ride on his lap! She loved all the attention ... and treats! She takes treats very gently.
Holly loves people, but she isn’t a ‘velcro’ dog. Friendly, but not needy or pushy. Holly is about 5-6 years old, 40 pounds, up-to-date on shots. She has soft, short fur that doesn’t shed very much. Her adoption fee is simply a donation to Teacher's Pet (teacherspetmi.org)
