Cupcake is as sweet as he sounds! This 4.5 month old kitten is a proper little gentleman. He’s a bit of perfectionist and doesn’t like to make a wrong move. This means he is very cautious and timid when you first meet him, but with a little gentlessness and patience he becomes the most loving, curious and playful little guy.

Although he’s slow to warm up to people he absolutely LOVES dogs, and would make a great pal for a doggy who is alone during he day. He loves a cuddle, sleeping on your back, purring, kissing your nose, belly rubs, all those cute things!

He is still easily startled by anything unfamiliar (a big sneeze, a vacuum, a visitor etc), so we think he would do best in a home that can be patient in his settling in process. We have no doubt his timidness will reduce over time, he just likes to be sure of his people and surroundings.

He’s currently in foster home in Bed Stuy and would love you to come and meet him.

Cupcake was rescued in December from the car lot where he was born. He was in great shape, his Mom was being fed daily by a kind local lady who cares for all the cats that live there.
