My story

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS DOG

**applicants must be in a 2 hr driving range from Toronto/Hamilton/Niagara area as we do home visits ourselves with our dogs**

Brinkley is a sweet 4 yr old Miniature Poodle/ShihTzu mix - and what a beautiful combination. He is a quiet dog and very well behaved. He came from a home with a toddler so is good around children.
Brinkley was given up by his former owners due to him having leash aggression....which means when he is on a leash for a walk that he will lunge at other dogs or people, and the owner couldn't control him. Since he's been with his foster mom, who is also a trainer, his walks on leash have improved tremendously. Brinkley responds very fast to a quick collar correction and to positive praise. After all his is part Poodle so is very smart ;) His foster mom has had him in to stores (Bass Pro, Marshall's) and walking around outdoor malls with no problem. The new owner would have to be aware that he does have this background and be vigilant while on a walk.
Brinkley loves to play in the backyard and run around with the other dogs. He is a cuddly boy and will be a great companion. He is also an AMAZING passenger in a car.
