Marcello. Cool as a cucumber, this handsome fella is confident and outgoing, very social and loves everyone. He is fun and personable with that 'human-like' quality that makes him a terrific buddy to hang with. He is relaxed and likes to chill, just wants to be part of the family and part of the action. Greets and follows you around, and won't hide from visitors. He is fun, silly, and a little quirky to keep you smiling. Extremely well-behaved and trusting, he comes when you call him and allows handling with ease. He is new to our rescue, and our vet just raved on how good he was while all the staff adored him. Made himself right at home on their scale, for a healthy 13 pounds. He is a large, domestic shorthair, fixed, front declawed, about 6 years old, healthy and fully vetted. Will update photos as Marcello settles into foster, but he is ready to be seen by that special someone and fit right into a loving home. He has had a home with an elderly person that could no longer care for him, so for Marcello it's a new chapter he is ready to embrace. He is very much a 'people' lover and will do best as an only pet.
