My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mia is a beautiful labby looking girl, maybe mixed with some feist or something else in there. It’s hard to say. But she is 100% stunning regardless of her breed mix. She is estimated to be just under 2 years old and only weighs 30 pounds. She has spent her entire life in a muddy pen on a property with 12 other dogs with little socializing or pampering. But, we are proud to report that is adjusting excellent to living indoors, and experiencing the finer things in life. Mia is doing very well on her leash training and crate training. And is also coming along excellent in her house training. We are looking for a home that is quite for her being that she hasn’t been exposed to a lot of things, it does take her a bit to adjust. But is a confident and playful dog with her people once she does. She loves people and is very sweet and gentle. She loves to snuggle and give kisses and takes treat nicely. She seems to be responding well to basic training and will no doubt blossom with further training in her new home. She would be considered low-medium energy. Mia would be fine with regular leash walks for exercise provided they were not in a noisy area. This girl has come SO far in her foster home and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for her. Mia is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She is currently being fostered in Tennessee, but is available to be transported to her new home in The Asheville, DC, NY, and New England areas.
