My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Tallulah! My amazing sisters and I have spent the last few weeks in a wonderful foster home, and now were told we are ready to be adopted, so I'm here to tell you all about ME!

I am about 10 weeks old and because I am so young, I still have so much to learn. Here in my foster home, my foster family is teaching me lots of new things everyday. My human foster brother helps me learn the things I cant do in the house like unrolling allllllll the toilet paper or eating the Christmas tree. He also helped me and my sisters learn to go up and down the stairs which was really tough at first for a small gal like me... but now I zoom up and down them like a pro! He is also really good at snuggling, and after a long day of playing, I really enjoy that. My two foster dog dads are very big, but have helped me learn how to be a part of the pack. We enjoy lots of games together like tug-of-war (usually with my foster moms socks that we steal from her hamper) and wrestling. They have also helped us understand that when our humans leave the house, it's okay, because they always come back to give us more love.

I am still working on my potty training, but my foster mom tells me that I am doing a good job. I only pee in the house every now and then and I do my best to go on my potty pad... but sometimes I miss. My fosters tell me that's okay because accidents happen and to keep trying! I also am still trying to understand why I cant eat their shoes...I can't help myself! They smell so good!

I think that I would really like to find a home that has a lot going on because I have lots of puppy energy and need to stay busy! I think that it would also be nice to have a family with another dog that I can bond with and that can keep me company when we're alone. And please know that the very first thing you must do when you get home is to pick me up and give me lots of hugs and kisses... I've missed you so much!

So if you think you might be the family I'm waiting for, please fill out an application and ask to meet me! I hope to get to meet you soon!

Wags and Kisses,
Tallulah Belle Willis

(Side note from the foster mom: Tallulah is an absolute delight! She is playful and sweet and full of love! She is working hard with her potty training and is learning to use door bells to let us know that she wants to go out. She does a really good job using potty pads too. She loves exploring and going places but is perfectly happy to snuggle up for a nap or a movie with her family. While in our home, she has done beautifully with both my child, his friends and my two dogs, but please keep in mind that she is a puppy. She occasionally gets into a little mischief, however she easily follows correction and redirection. Like all puppies, she will thrive best in a home with structure and leadership, and most importantly, love. She is a very smart girl who learns fast and is eager to please!
If you have any further questions about Tallulah, please complete the application or send an email to pp2crescue@gmail.com so that we can help you find the forever friend you've been looking for too! We hope to hear from you soon!)
