Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Graycie is a stunning charcoal gray cat who was given shelter by a senior citizen who found Graycie living in the woods.
Graycie had a microchip but it was never registered. Apparently she was part of a Trap-Neuter-Release program. The vet tested her for feline AIDs and leukemia, and she is negative and in good health. She is spayed, and her vaccinations have now been updated. Our veterinarian estimates that she is 3 years old.
Graycie is extremely loving and affectionate with the people she knows; she wants to be held, likes to cuddle, and will follow her person around. But she is scared of strangers. Nevertheless, on the ride to the vet's office with our volunteer, she was quiet, meowed just a little bit, squeezed her eyes at the volunteer, and was a perfect lady during her examination at the vet's office.
Graycie is boarding at the vet's office, but we would like to get her into a forever home as soon as possible We think she would do best in a quiet home, with someone who is retired or who is home most of the time, as she very much craves human companionship. If you are interested in fostering or adopting beautiful Graycie, please submit an application on our website, nalasrescue.org.
