Tammy and her sister were intercepted from the owners as they were walking into the shelter. Her sister who looked like a weenie dog was adopted awhile ago. She takes a bit to warm up to people. She is super sweet at home. Her buddy is Rave my other foster. She needs an owner that will take the time to work with her and they need to know its not personal.
