Meet Eugene (precious!)
YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION IN ORDER TO SET UP A TIME TO MEET OUR PETS.
Eugene is a rare and precious old soul who was found as a stray in terrible shape. He has been with us a few weeks as of his photo session and he still is nearly skeletal but he has a wonderful appetite. He is now clean and free of the many fleas that were tormenting him. We do not know how old he is, but he is a senior, probably at least 10 years old. He is around 50 pounds, still too skinny.
Why do we say Eugene is so rare and precious? Well, he is incredibly sweet and selfless, a kind and gentle pup who only wants to be loved and give love, to be your faithful friend. He is totally grateful for everything simple such as warmth, food and kindness, and he is completely undemanding.
Despite having fallen on very hard times, with no one to care for or love him, he immediately adores everyone and has complete confidence that people will be kind to him and love him. He is good with kids.
For most of his life, this gentle darling must have lived in a good home. He is trusting and happy natured, easy going and not a bit nervous about new things.
He has definitely been trained by someone who loved him. He immediately sits on command, offers a paw on request (for a nice treat!), and comes when he is called. He likes to be obedient and please people.
He also seems to be housetrained, no accidents yet for this sweetie.
Eugene even loves balls and is well mannered when playing fetch, politely dropping his ball for you. He still remembers his playful years and is happy to have fun and act silly when you want to play with him. But, since he is an older guy, he mostly enjoys just hanging out with loved ones.
He does not seem to be possessive at all over food, space, anything. He must have learned good manners early in life and he prefers to be a good boy.
He takes treats gently, no grabbing for this pup even though you can still see all his bones.
Eugene is super snuggly and gets so happy when you offer him some well deserved cuddle time. He is more than content to curl up with family and you can just feel the appreciation and joy radiating from him.
If you are wanting to make an incredible difference in a very deserving dogs life, please come meet our senior Eugene. You will understand how much he will enrich your life once you gaze into his sincere and honest eyes, and share that first cuddle and kiss. He is absolutely precious!

Please note that we do not ship animals. We also require a home visit before finalizing any adoptions so preference is given to applicants within a 90 mile range. You will be required to come to High Point, NC to meet/pick up your new pet.

3. The application will open as a PDF and you should have the ability to fill it in from that page. Be sure to complete all fields.
4. Save the application to your computer, then attach in an email and send to lovingpetinnadoptions@gmail.com

6. Someone will review your application as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, and will be in touch with next steps.
