Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Xena is the absolute sweetest girl. She was brought to a local shelter as a stray. She was very timid and wouldn't even walk upright when I got her. She was underweight, and had a variety of small health issues. I have had her and nursed her back to health over the course of the last two months. She has totally come out of her shell and is so much fun! She loves to be outside and go on walks. She is great with kids of all ages and would love to be in a home with another dog to play with or a home that is active and energetic.
She is still a bit skiddish with loud and sudden noises (if something drops etc). She is very gentle when taking treats from your hand and has never shown aggression with food or treats. She will do best with a fenced yard as she loves to be outside exploring and sniffing her environment. She does ok on a leash but I think with the right owner she could easily be trained to go without a leash. She is also house trained.
