Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Copper, a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, is 2 years and 9 months old, healthy and active. My friend Heather Dew adopted him from a neighbor when he was a puppy, and he joined an older black lab, Sally, in her house. He has been well cared for and his shots are up to date. Unfortunately, Heather's health has been declining and for a couple of months she has been unable to walk the dogs. Currently. she is in a rehab facility and, even when she returns home, she will not be mobile enough to cope with two active dogs. We are making other arrangements for Sally, and Heather has agreed to give Copper up for adoption. We are looking for a home where Copper will be well treated and given regular exercise. Currently, he is at Winding Road Kennels near Parkersburg and the staff are willing to share information about him. Heather is sorry to let Copper go, but she has to make her own health a priority.
