Hi, my name is Shi. Incredibly, this is my second stay at the shelter. I was abandoned in 2009 and was lucky enough to get adopted. However, in late 2018, my owner got a devastating diagnosis and was forced to give me up. So, now I need a kind soul who can open their heart and their home to a dog in need.
