My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Diva is 10 year-old, blue merle, spayed female that is currently wearing a "lion" haircut. Her "mom" passed away suddenly in December, and her father is finding it increasingly difficult to give his pets the attention they were used to...and deserve. Diva will be a great companion for an adult. She has frequently been around children, but seems better adjusted to adults. She is an excellent car traveler, and does very well inside or outside. She will stay on a sofa and keep you company, but she needs assistance in getting up and down. Diva has a lot of energy, and loves to retrieve toys and play tug-of-war with people, or other pets! Her only "bad habit" is that she likes to bark at the telephone, or people sneezing. But if you catch her quick enough, she will stop quickly. With her evening feeding, Diva takes 1-pill each of glucosamine for agility, and a thyroid medication; otherwise, she is currently in good health.
