My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Senior Lady “ Miss Rosie “
We all know that it is hard to find a home for a senior dog, but our rescue could not leave her behind. We just want to see her get the love she deserves in her twilight years.
Her previous owners got her as a puppy and after eleven faithful years as an unconditional companion they dumped her at the shelter. The reason they provided: the family was moving to Texas and they can't take her with them.) So, Rosie found herself left behind in a lonely place not designed for senior pups. Since Rosie is an older gal her hearing is not what it used to be, so when she was tested with other dogs in the shelter, she did not do well.
After she left the shelter we tested her again and she is doing great with other dogs ( playing in the yard , inside the house and on walks.
We just want to see her get the love she deserves in her twilight years.
Rosie LOVES to run in the yard. When you see her go, you would think she is still a two-year-old. Again, defying her age, she is a puller on the leash ( but lately she is getting much better ) and she would do best in a fenced yard where she can frolic around or bask in the sun.
Rosie had recently a “ Tune up “ ( Bloodwork, Dental and xrays : hips and knees ) and she got a clean bill of health from our vet.
