My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE: CHLOE's coat is growing in beautifully! The vet says she is part Persian so she will need regular brushing to keep it mat-free.

CHLOE is a muted tortie who had to get a lion haircut because she came in with large mats from fending for herself when hoarders moved out and abandoned everyone. (Our recently adopted sweetheart Lionel James also came from this location!) We've included a few pre-cut pix so you can see her Maine Coonlike coat and tail.

CHLOE is calm once she settles in; but that did take time at the sanctuary. Due to the overwhelming competition of the hoarding situation, she would be happiest as an only cat or maybe one quieter kitty. It will just take time.

She loves people and being petted and has a few cat friends now, but she is happiest with the one-on-one interaction. The vet estimates CHLOE to be approx 3-4 years old.
