Penelope was an owner surrender to a veterinarian, she is a sweet girl she does get along with other dogs and is heart worm positive. We are looking for a foster home for her she is currently at a veterinarian's office. She will begin heart worm treatment soon. she will need to be out of the veterinary office by February 24th. Please let me know if you're interested in her for adoption or if you're willing to foster during her heart worm treatment.
