Here's what the humans have to say about me:
No Phone Calls: Please send an email message to: larrydonnacarp@aol.com for an adoption application if interested. This girl will not do well in an apartment or condo living environment.
What a sweet, sweet cocker girl, child friendly with kids 7 and older and dog friendly. She is a busy, very active girl and will do best in a home with other dogs who can play with her and be her pal.
My name is Alexis-Belle. I am a busy, very active tri-colored cocker spaniel girl about 4 years old. I originally came to this rescue the end of December of 2016 after my owner passed away unexpectedly in her early 40's and I was turned into a NC shelter by her family. I had lived with several other dogs and a bird. In January of 2017 I got lucky and found a great home with a nice lady and two other dogs that were border collie/spaniel mixes. This lady loved me dearly and I had a good life with her. Happy and doing well with her, things changed that are just a part of life. She decided to move into an apartment, keeping the two older dogs and asking this rescue to take me back because she didn't think I would do well at an apartment complex as active as I am.
I am healthy with no current issues and house trained. I am heartworm negative, spayed, updated on shots and all needed vet care. I am a real sweetheart, friendly and I will be a wonderful companion for someone to adopt and love. I am a happy, happy petite little lady. I am dog social and I can be in a home with children 7 and older. If you crate me, I can be a bit possessive when other dogs get to close but I have not hurt anyone here at the rescue. When outside, I love to run and bark at the squirrels, so a fenced yard would be best for me so that I can run, play, bark and then come back inside to be your indoor house companion and sweet baby girl. I will do best in a home with another playful companion who can be my pal.
