Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luigi is a DEAF puppy that was rescued by and all breed rescue group. they had been unsuccessful in getting him adopted and asked for him to be transferred to us. Debi Lawrence gladly opened up her home to him for foster care. He is dog friendly but it's still rough and will still need some training. Is a very sweet boy just looking for the right home. Located in Oklahoma City.
