If you are searching for a laid back furry 4-legged companion to bring you some spice and joy; then ROSEBUD (aka Rosie) might be your GIRL ! Rosebud is a senior who is ALL SMILES - every day, a very social butterfly that knows no stranger and a girl that likes to be the "top dog". She is house trained, crate trained, current on all vaccines, and of course spayed and micro-chipped (like all our dogs). Rosebud loves to meander the yard and just hang with her family, friends, visitors...whoever is a part of her world for the day. She would do well as an only dog OR with a laid back and calm male dog; she can be a bit dominant at times (around other dogs) given her desire to be close to her human companions and sadly doesn't like to share her toys. Rosebud is a low maintenance girl; she just wants to be part of a family and have her presence recognized and appreciated. Rosebud was returned to DREAM after 7 years due to her dad's passing and her mom's need to vacate their home. She is between 9 - 10 years of age AND... will race you to the car and win if she knows a car ride is in store for her ! . Due to her size (approx 70 lbs), strength, and exuberance we recommend children over the age of 10, and a fenced yard too.
