My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Artemis (Ari for short) was adopted from Pets in Need when she was 4 months old. She's now about 3.5 years old, and is looking for a home where she can cuddle and purr to her heart's content.

Artemis is a very gentle indoor cat. She is best suited to be a lap cat, and always wants to be curled up next to you or on your lap or laying on her back asking for belly rubs. Once she's comfortable with you she'll sleep by your feet at night. Plays well with other calm cats if you have a cat and are looking to add a friend.

During the day she mostly sleeps or will chase a string or fish toy around by herself. Evening/night is her favorite cuddle time.

Artemis is not particularly brave, and will hide in the nearest corner any time a stranger comes to visit. But not once in her life has she bitten or scratched, even when trying to escape getting her nails trimmed.

She hasn't had any health issues either, and is very low maintenance in general.
