GeeGee is just a young puppy, who was rescued from a kill shelter in the south. GeeGee just loves people, other dogs, and is a very precious little puppy. He gets along great with large and small dogs and is used to being with both. GeeGee has had all his vaccinations, been neutered, groomed, nails clipped, is getting really good at potty training outside & is used to sleeping in the crate when his foster parents go to work or to sleep. GeeGee is a happy boy, loves to play with other dogs & cuddles with people & his foster-dog brothers, he sleeps quietly in crate on his bed at night, loves getting on his coats & sweaters to go outside & he really is a total joy. If you have an existing dog GeeGee gets along good with other dogs. A little cutie like this won’t be available long!
When can you meet GeeGee?
He's already been transported north, and is being fostered in VT, if you're interested in a Meetup with him 1st fill out an application, write a letter of introduction and send proof dogs allowed where you live, applicant must sign & submit form as a PDF file; Then volunteer will interview you, visit your home and verify your application, then a meet and greet can be scheduled.
Because Boxer Rescue of VT loves their former death row pets so much we have an adoption process that includes an application, verification, interviews, home visit ... etc. once we have your completed application, proof that pets are allowed, and a good home visit and we feel that the applicant is a good fit then a meet and greet with the dog will be set up ... if all goes good then adoption will take place that day. Adoption fee will be due at that time, adopter will be required to sign an adoption and care agreement. Please note: If it anytime adopter no longer can keep pet or the terms of the adoption and care agreement pet will be immediately returned to the rescue.
