Blueberry is a 3 year old female blue and white bully mix. Like most girls, she's selective about who she keeps company with! Blueberry is currently seeking a foster or foster-to-adopt home. We provide training support so foster/adopter must reside within 25 miles of Rockford, IL.

Blueberry loves all humans, but due to her being a strong gal, it is best if she is in a home with children 13+. Blueberry did co-exist with a smaller submissive, male dog and being with another dog is something we can work towards but for now, Blueberry would prefer individual attention.

Blueberry was found as a stray after being rehomed several times and spent over 30 days in a holding facility. She needs a home where she can relax from her experience and then flourish.

Blueberry doesn’t prefer cats and due to her strength, likes bigger kids to play with. She’d do best as an only dog or with a submissive male dog. An adopter that has prior bully experience is a plus, but not required. Participating in training is expected of a foster/adopter. We cover these costs.

Blueberry is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and on flea/heartworm preventative.

Application, background check, references and home visit are part of our process and there is an adoption fee in place.
