Meet Freddie, a 3.5-year-old Shih Tzu mix who weighs about 15 pounds. Freddie is an alert, smart, and curious dog who loves to please and learns fast. Freddie is affectionate and gets along with other dogs. He responds well to approval, encouragement, and affection.
The ideal home for Freddie is with someone who is home most of the time. Freddie “never met a stranger” and is easy-going and friendly with both adults and children. He is house trained, obeys commands, and behaves very well on walks, which he loves. A fenced yard is a plus.
Freddie is completely vetted and his medical records are available. He is current on all vaccinations, blood work, and tests. He is neutered and has an ID chip. He has had a dental cleaning, has no health issues, and was recently groomed. He eats well and sleeps through the night in his own bed.
Foster parent prefers adopter applications within 35 miles of the Twin Cities.

Freddies adoption fee is $370.00 , tax of $27.84 for a total of $397.84
To meet Freddie please complete an adoption application. Or you can also see him and the other dogs available for adoption from Shih Tzu Rescue of Minnesota by visiting with us from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Minnetonka Petco near Ridgedale the first Saturday of every month. All adopters are also invited to attend the annual Shih Tzu Rescue Reunion held each fall.
