Penny is a sweet girl but shy. She was feral and has been in the rescue for about a year. She has learned to trust people and is good walking on a leash. Penny needs someone willing to be patient with her and simply love her. She really loves attention and does well in a crate at night. She is just waiting for the right family to show her some love and make her blossom.
