Everyone meet ELLA!

Ella is thought to be around 2 years old and darn near the sweetest dog I have ever been around.
She’s quite small for a bloodhound, weighing in at about 65 pounds currently. However, we are trying to get some meat on her bones.

Ella has had a rough go at life… We don’t know much about her other than she was tired, hungry, and in need of some love.
Ella is heartworm positive; however, we are on the road to recovery and she is truly a fighter!

She is crate-trained, house-trained, and listens to basic commands. She’s a little rusty on the commands though.
Ella is genuinely a happy go lucky dog. She loves to play with her foster brother and sister. They spend hours running around the yard and sun-bathing together.
She would do okay in a home without any other dogs, ONLY IF the owners were home A LOT.
But honestly, I think she would prefer a home with another dog. She needs companionship, whether it be human or dog, it is a must.
Ella truly just wants to please you. Whatever you ask of her, she will do.

No true information on if she is good with cats or children, but I can definitely find out.

Ella deserves to have a loving family that can show her what life is supposed to be like.
