Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our Mom was an animal lover and she loved each and every one of us. There are five of us, but since her death just over a week ago, we have been looking for new forever homes. It’s okay for us to go to different homes the main thing is that our Mom would want us to find a home.
Hi! I’m Silky. Long dark silky hair kind of explains my name. I need a new home where I can spend lots of time outside.
My long silky hair sometimes makes it too warm to stay inside. Some of those city girl cats make fun of me because I don't stay in and get brushed all the time.
But this girl prefers to be out in the world. I've had "*the talk" so I won't get into trouble.
It is hard to get a photo of me because I am usually on the go. Sometimes, I will grant a rare photo opportunity if I feel like it.
I feel more relaxed when I am out in the fresh air, even if it is close to home.
If you have covered deck or patio, and you took me home, you might see me on a regular basis. Don't expect me to sit on your lap unless your lap is outside and I am in the mood. Just keep some food and water out for me, and I'll be yours forever.
You WILL have to coax me inside in June since I will need a couple of shots then.

* When my previous owner took me to the vet to spend the night, I was told that was "the talk". I woke up feeling like something was missing.
