My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GRAB THE TISSUES: Sophie and Sammy, formerly Lacy and Gracie, have had a very tough start to the first year of their little Maine Coon lives.

They first came to #PSFR in summer of 2018 after being rescued from under a house that was being in demolished in Studio City. At only eight weeks old, these beautiful siblings were adopted to a wonderful mother who loved them very dearly. Sadly, she passed away unexpectedly, and Sophie and Sammy were left to fend for themselves for several days before entering the shelter, which devastated them. Now, they are safe in the care of #PSFR and looking for their forever home.

Even though they’re suffering from broken hearts, Sammy and Sophie are still as sweet as can be. Sophie LOVES being pampered and will gladly accept a nice butt scratch. Sammy enjoys cuddling up with his sister but will never say no to a generous rub from a loving human.

These siblings will turn one on April 5. They’ve been vetted, microchipped and fixed. If you’d like to meet Sophie and Sammy, please give us a call!
