My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Dancer is a 5-month-old, 9-pound Dachshund/Chihuahua mix who makes an excellent neck muff. We know this because her favorite thing to do is snuggle up in people’s necks. Little Dancer loves to be held (unlike other puppies her age) and will happily sit in your lap for hours—longer if you tell her how pretty she is!

Little Dancer has been subjected to homes with multiple dogs and cats, and she gets along with them all. When her foster Dogmom is not available to hold her, she’ll cheerily chase her dog buddy and wrassle around the room. She is a happy little girl who prances rather than walks, and she is much cuter than her photos show.

At night, Little Dancer is going to sleep smushed up against you. If you don’t want a puppy in your bed, don’t even consider adopting this one because she won’t be happy anywhere else. She has no problem going through the night with no accidents.

Little Dancer is not fully house-trained yet, but she is close. She is also crate-trained. She does not chew on things she shouldn’t, and she’s not barky. She’s very well behaved for a pup and would make a great apartment dog.

This very precious little girl was picked up wandering the streets of Garland and deserves so much better. She’s a little princess of a dog who will make you the priority in her life.
