Hi! Meet Rascal, the sweetest little guy you will meet. Rascal and his friends were rescued after their owner died and they were left in the back yard for nearly a month.

Rascal is a toy terrier at 10lbs, 1 year old, neutered, up to date on his shots, and microchipped.
