My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My wife and I literally rescued this wonderful dog off of the streets and brought her home. She was infested with fleas and ticks and starving. After some time in our family and a few trips to the vet to get her all cleaned up she won us over, and we’ve had her ever since. We named her Pedals due to her having some oversized feet. She’s been a great dog, she’s housebroken and has a high play drive, but also can chill on a doggy bed in front of the fireplace. We’ve had her around our grand babies a lot and she’s well behaved and gentle with them. She very healthy now, and has a voracious appetite. Her favorite snack is pig ears, although that’s a rarity. We have two other dogs. Both are chihuahuas and are older. Our home is small, we are nearing retirement age and want to travel. We don’t have time time or energy at this point to have 3 dogs. Perhaps Pedals would make a nice addition to your family. She would also do very well with a senior who lives alone and would like some company.
