My story

MEET KILO

This handsome guy is a 1.5 year old ((born 8/23/2017) male German Shepherd that was surrendered to the Davidson County Animal Shelter when his family was no longer able to care for him. We just couldn't say no to that adorable face.

Kilo was very obviously well cared for and is an inside dog. He has good manners and LOVES his people. Kilo is a rather big boy at around 80 lbs and will continue to fill out for a few more months. He attaches very quickly and just wants to be close to you. In the yard, he is playful and likes to explore. Throwing the frisbee means a chance to run after it and bring it back.

Kilo does great with other dogs and is very respectful. He ignores when another dog growls at him and shows no signs of aggression at all. When he met a cat, this big goof backed up and walked away.

Kilo is up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative and will be neutered, microchipped and on heart worm preventative prior to adoption. Adoption fee $400.
