My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cookie is a darling 6-7 yr old, 13 lb long haired dachshund. She was a stray taken in by a family and never reclaimed by her owner. She may have had several litters of puppies, she seems to like being with the puppies in the rescue. She is house-broken and loves everyone. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm and tick disease negative. She also recently had a dental cleaning. Her adoption fee is $250. Our adoption fees help support the rescue financially, providing food, transportation costs, supplies and veterinary services. It also allows us to pull older dogs and ones with medical issues that would otherwise be euthanized at shelters.
