My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cheetara is a 2 1/2 yr old DACHSHUND/SHIBA INU mix. She came from a shelter down south. She is very affectionate one on one and loves belly rubs. She is still getting used to walking on a leash, but she loves the outdoors. She is very high energy and needs lots of exercise and stimulation to be happy. She is only a few years old, many more to go. Cheetara will needs some help to feel comfortable in her new surroundings, and may do best in a house with only dogs or without other pets. She does not seem to get along with cats. She is currently living in a home with two toddlers, but they make her a little nervous, so she may also do best in a home with older children or adults that can understand her anxiety around small ones.
