Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Grizz is 15 months old ( A January baby). He has a lot of hair, unfortunately he is matted and when the weather warms up we will have to shave off the mats and give him a bath. It is still too cold to deal with it. He likes people. He is food protective with other dogs but good with people. He is crate trained and rides well. He needs work on a leash but he is young and trainable. He is a big puppy in there. He needs work on a leash but he is young and trainable. He is a big puppy in there. He has a lot of energy and would knock small children down.
If you have never had a Pyr Puppy you need to read this : http://www.nepyresq.org/page/i-want-a-great-pyrenees-puppy-50.html
The application process is to go to our website and fill out an adoption application form. http://www.nepyresq.org/page/adoption-process-47.html
The adoption fee is $400 due to cost of medical needs of our dogs.
We do not accept INVISIBLE fencing for the following reasons:
1) Most Pyrs ignore the pain and go through it. 2) This is a guardian breed and this fencing does not keep people or other animals out of your yard. The Pyr could take them as a threat or be attacked.
Most of these dogs are not a dog park breed. They bark a lot and can bother your neighbors.
